Pelican Prowash washed our home today. I must say we were please beyond belief. Our home has white trim and it hasn't been this white since it was painted 9 years ago. We were initially told they might not be able to clean the gutters completely BUT they are shining after the wash. I highly recommend Pelican. They were less than another estimate we received and we are very happy we went with them.

Amber came by for our estimate appointment. She was very friendly and personable and explained the process thoroughly. While Pelican was not the cheapest of the 3 estimates we obtained, based on her explanation of the process it was evident it was a more thorough cleaning. On the day of the cleaning the washers were on time, no nonsense, and got the job done. We were completely satisfied with the end result. Would definitely use again.

We recently had our house, driveway, sidewalk, pavers, ramp, rails, outbuildings, and back deck washed by Pelican Prowash and were extremely impressed with their service. The technicians were on time, professional, courteous, respectful of the property, and did a thorough job of cleaning, removing the dirt and algae. They kept us informed both before and after the service. Communication to our inquiries were prompt and all questions were answered. Amber easily set up our appointment which went smoothly. Pricing seemed comparable. We feel confident to contact them again for future services and have done just that. I enjoy going outside to our nicely cleaned spaces. Thank you Pelican Prowash!

Used Pelican for the first time this fall and they did a great job. For the most part, my house looked freshly painted when they left. In fact, we were surprised and the noticeable difference and how fresh our house looked. The only exception were the places where the paint has actually oxidized and needs a fresh coat, which they told me would be the case before I hired them. The best part is they promised to take care of our landscaping along the way, and they did just that, even rinsing things with a solution that neutralizes their cleaning solution. Among other things, we have two sizable potted Japanese maples that can't be moved and are in the line of fire for significant overspray. We almost lost them after the last power washing crew was here but they look great as does the rest of our landscaping after Pelican. They may not be the cheapest option out there. But they are professional and their work is great, so they are certainly the best value in our opinion. We will definitely be calling them again in the future.
